Shipping & Returns

​​DOMESTIC

• Shipping within India is free irrespective of the number of items bought for order value greater than 599/- for all the orders below 599/- we charge a flat shipping charge of 50 Rs.

• Orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days. The delivery time might vary for certain products which will be specifically mentioned in the product details. 

• Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned at the time of placing the order. In case of address modifications, kindly drop us a mail at biz@empowerstudio.in within 2 hours of placing the order.

• Our logistic partner within India is DTDC.  You will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites.

INTERNATIONAL

• Standard shipping charge per order, anywhere outside India is INR 2500 irrespective of the number of items picked.

• Any other custom charges, if applicable, have to be borne by the customer.

• Orders are delivered within 7-15 working days. The delivery time might vary for certain products which will be specifically mentioned in the product details. 

• Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned at the time of placing the order. In case of address modifications, kindly drop us a mail at impact@apaapi.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

• Our logistic partner for international shipping is DHL. You will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites. ​​​​
